 Ops & Logistics Director GES Conference 2024 - to dateBryan is employed in his role as Operations and Logistics Director by the iQuest / Business Post not-for-profit team to manage all on-site activities and movements at the Europe Hotel, Killarney and in the general Kerry region. His job includes all external and internal travel arrangements for Speakers, VIP Guests etc along with on-site safety and security. Bryan and his team also covers build & break to include production and entertainment management. |  TEDxTralee Conferences 2021 - to dateBryan along with Business Partner James Finnegan established the TEDxTralee brand during Covid and have presented 4 Conferences to over 1,200 in 2021, 2022, 2024 & 2025 at Siamsa Tíre Theatre Tralee. They formed a not-for-profit in 2025 under 'Ideas Worth Spreading (Ireland) CLG and to date have over 5.5 Million views from their 47 Speakers videos on the TEDx YouTube channels. Est. 2021. |  2012 - to dateThe ROTIF contracted Bryan and Shannon Star Entertainment Ltd to continue the work they carried out with Back to Basics. Over the last 15 + Years Bryan secured a host of Irish and International Acts including spectacular Air Shows and much more. In the last three years since the Festival has moved off the streets Bryan oversees the two-night Live TV production form the Munster Technological University North Campus in Tralee each August. |  Samhain Chiarrai 2025 - to datePart of Fáilte Ireland's 'Home of Halloween' initative. Our company were successfully procured to present this new October / November Festival for Kerry County Council with key events held in Tralee and Killarney |  Féile Thrá Lí 2023 - dateAfter the Rose of Tralee International Festival returned post covid & stepped back from running the street events a number of members from the old 'Festival of Kerry Support Group' came together to fundraise and along with Kerry County Council continued the street Festival. Shannon Star were the Event Management company procured to present the Festival in 2023 and 2024 but stepped back from the EM aspect to focus on Grant Funding for both Capital and day-to-day programming funding works. |  2015 - 2024This Tralee Town park Family Festival has been running for over 10 years and Tralee Municipal District approached Shannon Star Entertainments Ltd to event manage the festival to include programme development, H&S, Marketing and on the ground running of the weekend which usually takes place on the 3rd week of June each year. |

 Culture Night Sept. 2022Our Event Management Company received funding from the Arts Council to present a 3 hour outdoor concert in the heart of Tralee as part of Culture NIight. |  An Turas Mór - Homecoming Kerry October 2022Shannon Star Entertainments Ltd secured the Golbal Irish Festivals Series for 2022 presented by Kerry County Council in association with Fáilte Ireland which will see a special month long Festival focused on the Diaspora in October 2022 throughout Kerry. |  St. Patrick's Festivities Tralee 2020 - 2021A long-term ambition of Shannon Star's is to Event Manage Kerry's Capital Town Parade. However, days before the Parade was to take place the Covid-19 Pandemic took hold in Ireland the the 2020 Parade and events were cancelled. However, Bryan and the team look forward to an even bigger and better 2021. |  Chinese New Year 2020One of Shannon Star Entertainments Ltd most recent Event Management Gigs. This was a 6 week Festival turn around and the team presented 2 weekends of Festivities.  Back to Basics Festival 2007-2011The Festival of Kerry Support Group contracted Bryan and Shannon Star Entertainments to run all the street events for 5 years during the Rose of Tralee International Festival in August each year. |  2015 - 2023Bryan and his team covered Production Management for this October Festival.  The Colleen BawnProduced for the official opening week of the Tinteán Theatre in Ballybunion. This amateur production was developed by Bryan while he was Theatre Manager at the venue.Please see the Video Highlights |  To Dance on the Moon |  Dance of DesireDance of Desire was an Dreammaker Entertainments & Ceol Chiarrai Co-Production on which Bryan coordinated the Stage Design and Management of the Irish Dance Show. See Highlights Video. |  The Celtic KingsThis show was produced in 2010 at the Tinteán Theatre in Ballybunion for the International Market. Although very well received by critics and the public alike the show had a limited success. However, the production is still available for presentation. See video link. |  Legend of the KnightIn 2003 and 2005 legend of the Knight was an Irish Dancing Production that toured Taiwan and held its premier in the INEC Killarney. The show toured the world from then until the passing of founder Micheál Carr in 2016. VENUE MANAGEMENT
Project and Venue Management in the entetainment industry can be a varied bag of tools. However, for Bryan he went for a performer with the Irish Dance Musical 'To Dance on the Moon' to Production Manager when the touring shows were abroad and Venue Management when the show was in Residency. From this experience he was able to act at Technical Peoject Manager on the 550 seat Tinteán Theatre in Ballybunion which was built from the profits of the 'To Dance on the Moon' Irish Dance Show.
Today, Bryan is Director of the charitable organisation, NKArts Theatre CLG which owns the Theatre in Ballybunion, County Kerry. Bryan has been working hard since the death of his brother, Micheál back in 2016 to bring the Theatre to a debt free position and position the facility as an Arts, Cultural, Heritage and multi-functional flag-ship facility for the Kerry and west Limerick area.
